Shipping & Delivery

Questor Goods currently offers complimentary shipping on domestic (United States) orders.

Processing time

We typically ship within 3–7 business days after your order is placed. Made-to-order prints may occasionally take a little longer during busy periods—we’ll reach out if there’s a meaningful delay.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking when the carrier provides it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once a label is created, we can’t always redirect a package if the address was incomplete or incorrect.

International

We primarily ship within the United States at this time. If international options appear at checkout later, duties and taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
