Welcome to Questor Goods. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit questorgoods.com or purchase from our store. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Overview

Questor Goods is operated by Questor Goods LLC, an Arizona limited liability company based in Scottsdale, Arizona ("Questor Goods," "we," or "us"). Our store sells original fine art photography prints, posters and select hats. The site is powered by Shopify, which helps us provide the shopping experience.

Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have parental consent where required. You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, and you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws) when using the Services.

Products & accuracy

We do our best to display colors, sizes, and details accurately. Screens vary, and prints are physical objects—slight differences from what you see online can occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order when reasonably necessary (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors).

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in USD unless noted otherwise and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Made-to-order products

Many Questor Goods products are made specifically for each order, so production and fulfillment times may vary by product. Return, cancellation and refund eligibility for made-to-order items is described in our Refund Policy.

Shipping & fulfillment

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where we remain responsible for damage in transit under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Photographs, branding, text, and other content on this site are owned by Questor Goods LLC or its licensors, including photographer Austin Harris, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Purchase of a print grants you ownership of that physical print for personal display; it does not transfer copyright or grant commercial reproduction rights unless we agree in writing.

Third-party tools & links

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to other sites. We do not monitor or control those services and are not responsible for them. Use them at your own discretion.

Personal information

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited uses

You may not misuse the site—including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping in a way that harms the service, or harassing others. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Give Back

10% of every order supports land care — trail cleanups, park funds, and keeping wild places beautiful. Each quarter, we choose a land-care partner to send it to. Recipients are chosen by Questor and may change over time. This contribution is made by Questor Goods—it is not a tax-deductible donation by the customer unless we state otherwise for a specific campaign. See our Give Back page for details.
